Della makes the house `inspection ready' for the landlady's visit, but ends up receiving an eviction notice, while the kids spend a laid-back day with their long-lost father that results in civil disobedience. Elsewhere, Della is unimpressed with the state of the rental market, but when Grampy discovers a health-hazard, it is a stroke of luck that may be the answer to her prayers.
