Neil Nunes. Stop-motion preschool programme about the adventures of four inquisitive Twirlywoos. The Twirlywoos visit a house where a parrot lives. The parrot is very noisy. The Twirlywoos enjoy copying the parrot's movements, which excites the parrot, causing it to squawk very loudly indeed. The table is making a noise and so is the Fruit Tea Machine, and when the doors join in too it becomes very noisy. The Hooter is noisier than everything though.
