But Xue Ling, under pressure from Peter Tay, sends him to work as a cleaner in the factory, leaving him shocked and Adam furious. Wafiq's and Kalila's lives are turned upside down with the arrival of Wafiq's mother Asmah, who is supposedly here to look after Kalila. While Arjun gets some lessons in career-advancement after a round of golf with the various Department Heads from the hospital.
