She celebrates the hearty northern Italian food by preparing a Tuscan-style lunch to share with friends that are visiting from the United States. Giada's menu includes her spin on Bistecca alla Fiorentina, "Greens and Beans" Salad, Garlic Bread and a bottle of local Chianti, topped off with a classic Tuscan dessert.
