Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. Lisa is in Preston to lend the Jolliffe family her experience. The Joliffe's have created a disabled-friendly garage extension for their daughter Eva, but until Eva reaches adulthood the annexe sits unused. Might there be a market for a B&B in the area that caters specifically to the needs of disabled guests?
