When "Flipping Out" real estate investor Jeff Lewis pays a visit to his wheeler-dealer dad, a successful Long Beach developer, it becomes clear just how far the apple falls from the tree. When his father tries to explain why they should work together on a project, Jeff replies: "I see you four times a year and that's enough for me." Enough said. Lewis also struggles to keep his contractors in line and pits potential buyers against one another in order to turn a profit on a multimillion dollar property.
