Beckanne struggles to stay motivated, while Allison is one step closer to making a decision about retirement. Rex is shocked by the casting and Ian struggles with what the casting means for his future at Ballet West. Meanwhile, an injured Ronnie returns to Ballet West but is confined to office work, and Joshua has a heart-to-heart with Adam.
