Executive producer Eva Longoria ("Desperate Housewives") along with preeminent matchmaker Amber Kelleher-Andrews, relationship author Tracy McMillan and professional dating coach Matthew Hussey handpicked the women based on personality, appearance and overall compatibility with Tim.
