At the top of Tower Bridge, Alexandra Palace and a Dubai skyscraper, the difference between life and death is just one strong rope. Wearing personal mini-cameras, a specialist team scales the heights, including footage of being suspended 800ft high in 118-degree heat. Meanwhile in Plymouth, the workers have to deal with other problems, namely a protective mother seagull defending her nest of chicks.
