S02E07 Paradise in Portland, Maine

Olivia and Loren are tired of renting and want to put down permanent roots and purchase a waterfront home of their own in the gorgeous seaside city of Portland Maine. Loren is very price conscious due to their hopes of having children in the close future, although they need a big house for those future children, and big homes cost big money. Neither of them have a lot of spare time, due to busy work schedules, to put into home renovations, which doesn't bode well for Olivia who yearns for that East Coast charm and character of an older home. Hopefully Seth can come to the rescue to help Loren and Olivia find the perfect waterfront home that appeals to them both.
