Juliette and Jonathan Cottam are selling their London home to retire elsewhere, but are torn between two very different locations. Juliette dreams of a life in France, where she spent much of her childhood and with a budget of ú250,000, thinks the Dordogne region would be the perfect location. Jonathan wants to stay in the UK with a budget of up to ú350,000 and move to Devon where he grew up. Jasmine Harman tempts Juliette with three properties in Devon, while Lara Hamilton shows them three fantastic French homes.
