Football fever sweeps the capital, as the Cleaner Cardiff Team prepare the city for its moment in the Olympicspotlight. At Bryngwyn Hall on the Welsh borders, former debutante Lady Linlithgow hosts a social etiquette course for a group of young ladies eager to gain poise, confidence and sophistication. In Caerleon, tour guide Linda Bailey tries her hand at historical interpretation, turning gladiator for a day in a bid to expand her repertoire. And at Hammet House, a reviewer comes to call after the luxury retreat loses one chef and gains a new one.
