Children's animation. Postman Pat continues his adventures as Head of the Special Delivery Service, called upon to delivery anything, anytime, anywhere. Together with his boss Ben, a fleet of exciting vehicles and his faithful companion Jess the cat, Pat proves that he can be relied on to deliver on time, every time! Pat and Jess have a very special delivery - blocks of ice to the school so that they can make an igloo. It's such a hot day though - can Pat make the delivery before the ice melts?
