Aled Jones goes back to Liverpool in the 1960s to meet a man who escaped a childhood of poverty and has since devoted his entire life to helping others and raising money for charity - over the years, he has raised millions of pounds. Aled introduces him to an inspirational teenager who has also dedicated her life to looking after her sick parent. Can he give something back with a gift that will change her life?
