Ken is introduced to business man Mark Foster. Avril expresses concern about possible takeover at Relton; she believes Gerald is behind it. Meanwhile, Gerald is humiliated when he learns the identity of Abby's father. Tom and Avril finally find time to spend together. Gerald tenders his resignation.
