After Mayberry is awarded the title of the town with the lowest crime rate in the nation, two men posing as FBI Agents and their partner, posing a press secretary, arrive in town; with the intention to write a story about the achievement. On the night that an award ceremony is supposed to take place, the trio plans on robbing all the stores on Main Street, only to be stopped by a suspicious Andy.
