Street Genius host Tim Shaw demonstrates the incredible truth about the world around us in a series of mind-blowing experiments. The first stop on our journey of discovery is an improvised firing range on the fringes of the desert outside Las Vegas, where Tim shows us what item can withstand the impact of a high-tension crossbow bolt. Then find out how whiskey and water interact in a gravity-defying way, and discover how to make lemons taste astonishingly sweet. Finally, Tim takes us back into the desert to find out what will happen to a sealed water heater if it's allowed to heat up without venting - and the ear-splitting outcome is astonishing.
