They both want their first home to have income potential, spectacular mountain views and a yard for their French bulldog, Harry. But while she wants a house with a modern feel, he wants something more rustic with a big garage for new Alaskan outdoor toys. With a budget of $500,000, they look at everything from a house with breathtaking mountain views to one that's so close to the local ski resort they can see the ski runs from the living room.
