This week, the remaining prospects arrive in Los Angeles, where Guy, Alex Guarnaschelli and Mark Dissin,test them on their ability to take "the bite" of food for cameras, and describe what they are eating. Guy sends the prospects to pick a dish that they would feature on their show and describe it to camera. But it's much harder than it looks on TV, and not everyone will make it through this week.
