The challenge is David wants to live by the beach while Shirley loves the countryside. As a busy builder, Dave can't spare the time to join the hunt so has asked his best friend Dawn to help Shirley make the right choice and fight his coastal corner. Coastal expert Kerr Drummond and country fan Sara Damergi compete to find them their perfect property for a budget of ú300,000.
