A native Colorado couple first discovered Homer on their honeymoon and became instantly hooked on its breathtaking scenery, small-town charm and endless outdoor activities. Now with the birth of their new baby boy, they are ready to make the life-changing move from Denver, CO, to Homer for a simpler life. They're both hoping for a house with mountain and glacier views, as well as an open floor plan all within their budget of $500,000. As a nurse, she wants to be close to town and the hospital, while he wants a wood-working shop for his carpentry and a two-car garage to endure the Alaskan winters.
