An 11-year-old boy claims he shot and killed an Hispanic in a turf-war incident at school, but Detective Simone senses the kid is protecting someone. Meanwhile, Eddie Reyna, a handsome but unprincipled ladies' man who is HIV positive, becomes a target of one of the women he's infected; and Donna's attractive sister, Dana, comes to visit — and causes trouble between Donna and Medavoy.
