Storm visits a deer farm in Scotland and goes out at night to count wild deer with a very special camera. JB helps harvest some tasty winter vegetables at a farm in Northern Ireland. We meet some children at a community garden in Belfast who are picking and pickling beetroot, and we go to a factory to discover how to turn potatoes into crisps. Finally, Storm shares a snowy, winter poem.
