Houston's drug hub is the ‘Bloody Nickel' – the Fifth Ward north-east of Downtown. This enhanced episode shows in Houston, Mexican Cartels co-opt street gangs and white supremacists to handle retail – crack, meth and weed. Cops in turn bust dealers and flip them to work undercover. The dealers take to the freeways, heading out to the suburbs and taking their product with them. Cops try to choke the supply heading up I-59 from the Border. Those who are sick of the stress turn to ‘Lean': a prescription cough remedy. It doesn't make you thin. But you will fall over.
