In the second episode, presenters Liam Charles and Tom Allen welcome back the five successful teams from week one. This time, judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden test the teams on layered slices, requiring 24 tiramisu and 24 roulade praline slices to be prepared in three and a half hours. And for their Showpiece, the teams must create modern themed croquembouches to serve 36 people. The lowest ranking outfit must leave the competition.
