Charlie Luxton heads to Woking in Surrey to meet Jason and Philippa, who believe they have discovered the perfect refurb project. The couple plan to redevelop a house by demolishing half of it and camping in the remaining shell while the new place grows around them. Jason is driven to the brink working every waking hour, while their budget teeters on the edge due to a drop in household income.
