S01E03 Chocolate Week

The remaining four teams battle it out as things start getting tougher. It's chocolate week, and for the first test the judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden have a surprise up their sleeves - a secret recipe challenge. The teams must rely on their innate patisserie knowledge, adaptability and teamwork in order to succeed. There's also the Showpiece Challenge, with just five hours to produce a magnificent chocolate showpiece around the theme of a masked ball, with two types of filled and moulded chocolates. The team creations must demonstrate a mastery of chocolate, consummate technical ability, artistic flair - and a moving part. Which team will be going home by the end of the day?
