They are looking for a toddler-friendly place with a big yard, large kitchen and enough space to grow for years to come, so they've decided to focus their search in the trendy area of Eagle Rock, CA. After finding a place to call their own within their budget, Lucho and Annie have one unexpected cost after another and quickly discover that even the smallest of homes can come with some hefty renovation price tags. With the help of interior designer Stephanie Leese and contractor Cristian Cruz, they maximize their small place with big design ideas, creating a stunning interior and a paradise of a backyard.
