They love everything outdoors from skiing the highest peaks to surfing the biggest waves and the near-perfect combination of the two makes the mountains of Cayucos, CA, the perfect place. They're relying on their realtor and her special understanding of purchasing horse and ranch properties to help them in their quest for a mountain ranch home with an ocean view.
