At Bleak Bank Farm in the Dales, John and William Dawson need to bring their cows in for winter. But one-tonne Billy the bull needs some coaxing. In the Lakes, wild swimmer Suzanna Cruickshank braves the chilly depths of Buttermere. And in Cumbria, health visitor Fiona Dodd is on the road, helping families across a two hundred square mile area of remote countryside.
