Christian wendet sich an seinen Urologen, weil er vermutet Hodenkrebs zu haben. Es stellt sich heraus, dass es sich um eine Hodensackentzündung handelt. Christian überrascht den Urologen anschließend beim Koksen. Währenddessen fahren Muriel, Emily und Pheline zum Wellness. Emily bittet Christian, sich um Muriels Freund Jacob zu kümmern. Sie gehen zu einem Männerabend bei Fahri. Dort erscheint auch Ralph Herforth, welcher Heroin organisiert. Jakob erklärt sich als Erster dazu bereit, Heroin zu nehmen. Doch dieser verträgt die Droge nicht.
