Brandi learns that Cary betrayed her trust, and confronts LeeAnne about falling into her old ways. Kameron proves to Court that Sparkle Dog is going global. Stephanie reaps the benefits of vaginal rejuvenation, while Cary reaps the consequences of keeping it real. At the "No Tie" charity event, both D'Andra and Brandi go toe-to-toe with LeeAnne. LeeAnne questions Brandi about adopting Bruin to save her marriage and D'Andra confronts LeeAnne about her wedding.
