Today it's all about the quick-fix Christmas, as they rustle up mouth-watering dishes like pheasant breast with wild mushrooms and parmesan polenta, followed by a whole turbot in a champagne butter sauce.
Christmas is all about pushing the boat out, whether that's the food, the decorations, entertaining or giving gifts, and we meet people who, in their own way, go the extra mile to make Christmas super special.
Paul and Catherine have also selected their favourite 12 tastes of Christmas, and today they showcase cloves - for them an absolute must-have Christmas ingredient. Together they create spiced poached pears with almond crumble and cinnamon cream. As the kitchen fills with the aromas and flavours of the season, the fun and festivities begin.
