Today it's all about Christmas breakfast, as they rustle up mouth-watering dishes like tasty Christmas bircher muesli and waffles with black pudding and egg.
Christmas is all about pushing the boat out, whether that's the food, the decorations, entertaining or giving gifts and we meet people who, in their own way, go the extra mile to make Christmas super special.
Paul and Catherine have also selected their favourite 12 tastes of Christmas, and today they create an orange, Parma ham, blue cheese and endive salad to showcase what, for them, is an absolute must-have Christmas ingredient: orange.
As the kitchen fills with the aromas and flavours of the season, the fun and festivities begin.
