While Steve's girlfriend, Luiza, settles into their new home together, he helps a successful high school buddy try and buy an apartment of his own. Meanwhile, Fredrik thinks his Crosby listing's massive terrace could be perfect for trained pets, so he invites over a great dane, a parrot, and a Steve Gold for viewings. And a new up-and-coming agent, Tyler, joins the crew, re-inventing himself....along with the entire New York City real estate market.
