Meanwhile, Charlie the golden retriever is carrying an unusually large tumor, and Dr. Devon Boyd schedules an emergency surgery that's paramount to saving Charlie's life. Later, Bailey the beagle's leg lameness gets examined by Dr. Brendon Ringwood. Will an arthroscopic surgery reveal a torn ligament, or possibly a tumor?
