Over the past seven weeks we've seen stars from the worlds of music, film, sport, television and social media come together to compete to win a life-changing recording contract. This series we've seen Simon mentoring the Groups, Louis the Unders and Nicole the Overs, with host Dermot O'Leary overseeing proceedings and keeping the judges in check along the way. Only one act can ultimately be crowned our champion, but who will it be?
