Kate Quilton and Dr Javid Abdelmoneim explore small changes people can make to take care of their mental and physical health, beginning with methods of lowering the biological age. They recruit eight volunteers to take part in an experiment to see if simple lifestyle changes, such as walking quicker and getting a good night's sleep, can really turn back the clock. Kate also visits the English National Ballet to see how dance can benefit people with Parkinson's disease and Sam Renke explores how the fitness industry treats people with disabilities.
