Arkady has problems with creditors. He orders to Filin to increase by hook or by crook any newspaper circulation. The bossy order goes on a chain and all editorial office employees start inventing various shifts that their newspaper was on sale better. All attempts are vain, Arkady is nervous and in one of days simply vanishes.
