В Калужской области исчезли два сотрудника ГИБДД, находящиеся на дежурстве. Их служебный автомобиль был найден на обочине у дороги. Полиция прочесала прилегающий лес и обнаружила трупы инспекторов. Перед смертью их около часа целенаправленно пытали, а затем добили. Это убийство оказалось началом череды кровавых событий, положить конец которым предстоит сотрудникам ФЭС.
