The Bidding Room

S01E02 Episode 2

First up today is Carl from Stoke, with a key that turns out to be not quite what it appears. Will the dealers work out what it's used for - and if they do, will they be prepared to pay the price Carl is hoping for?

Next up is Alice from Wales, who has an unusual item: a moulded model advert for men's underwear from the early 20th century! She thinks it's a great item and both Nigel and Simon are taken with the ad. The dealers, however, aren't so sure when they see it's missing a leg. But Alice sells hard, and soon has the dealers bidding. Will they offer the cash she wants for her unique item?

Third in is Naz. She's from Halifax and has brought in a harmonica that she wants to sell so she and her young son can have a holiday. She's so determined to seal a deal that she brings her son Eesa, who is three turning four, into the bidding room to meet the dealers. They're wowed by him - but will they be wowed enough to buy the harmonica and help pay for their mini-break?

Last to enter the bidding room is Sharon from Hellsby, who has a Victorian silver belt. It's an item that immediately catches the eye of the dealers. So can Sharon push the bids up to and beyond Simon's valuation?

The dealers in today are Adi, James, JB, Lucy and Tash. So will any of them spend? And if they do, will any of them match - or even top - the valuation placed on each of the items?
