Once they all know about Paula's illness, all the friends, except Lidia, insist that she fight and get it operated. Paula instead chooses to show them her new home, where she always rendezvoused with her lover. What was meant to be a dinner among friends turns into a debate about whether or not surgery is the best option... Paula's husband follows her to where she lives.
