Seems her name is Itemae Shiharu, and she and her friend, Koshiyasu Nanaho, are visiting Nagoya from out of town. Turns out Itemae is Yatogame's cousin, and she's... in middle school? Yatogame's acting really weird, though... And now Sasatsu and Tadakusa-chan are, too?!
