Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet Nitasha and Nikunj in Staines-upon-Thames, who are unsure whether to sell their four-bed dormer bungalow or renovate instead. Having been reluctant to buy it just two and a half years ago, Nitasha has made the place home and believes it has the potential to be perfect for their future family. However, Nikunj feels like the work on the house will never be done, and would prefer to look for somewhere new.
