After learning about Akgün's betrayal, Selim decides to turn Akgün's life into hell. Selim can't arrest him for being a mole however, he decides to put him behind bars for shooting Ahmet with the intent to kill. In the meantime Selim is suspended for an alleged hit on Fatih in the parking lot of a hotel. Akgün is ready to be punished. But when he goes to court, an unwanted defense from an unwanted lawyer gets him off all charges and he is released. Akgün is released despite confessing to being guilty in the court room but he does not intend to leave without making amends to Selim. He takes it upon himself to clear Selim Kara's name and to reveal the conspiracy against him. Of course, he has to do this without being seen by Selim, who now can't stand him. Canan, on the other hand, is aware of her husband's situation. It's Canan's turn to take care of Selim. While Akgün is trying to solve the conspiracy against Selim, his path once more crosses with Yağmur, who wants to solve what happened to his father in her own way. Yağmur will have to make a difficult decision. She realizes that to prove his father's innocence, she might need to consent to Akgün's methods.
