目を覚ますと手を縛られていた松田（小関裕太）。寝ている間、亜子（小島藤子）にスマホを見られ、他の女の子との遊びがバレてしまった。さらに本命の存在!?原因を知った松田は、休みが終わるまでの１週間、亜子の要望になんでも応えると約束する。しかし、その引き換えに別れを告げるのだった。亜子の要望は「お別れまでの１週間、彼女になること」。そうして始まった期間限定の恋人生活の結果は、果たして!?
