Done living in his parents' cramped basement, newlyweds Stephanie and David are on the hunt for their forever home. They know exactly what they want, but unfortunately their long wish list is completely out of step with their budget. Jonathan and Drew convince the couple to customize a fixer-upper into a move-in ready dream home. But narrowing down the potential options proves challenging. Once demolition begins on a home with great bones, Jonathan uncovers a host of potentially nasty surprises that could end up costing big money. Meanwhile, Stephanie and David reveal a surprise of their own that has Jonathan scrambling to finish the project on time.
