Sally Lindsay and Nigel Havers explore different standards of air travel, meeting at the check-in desk to discover which of them is travelling first class and who will be working in economy. The first-class passenger is immediately whisked through the airport to an exclusive lounge for VIP security clearance, while the economy class presenter has to step into the shoes of the airline staff as they load bags, inspect engines, refuel the plane and prep in-flight meals.
