The Bidding Room

S04E24 Episode 24

Nigel Havers welcomes five more sellers to the Bidding Room, where they try to sell items to professional dealers who are on the lookout for interesting pieces, with help from expert Simon Bower.

First through the doors is Casper and his mum Amanda, with a toy wooden bus they hope will drive up the bids amongst our dealers. Are they right?

Arriving next is Andrew with a French ladder. Simon thinks it's from the 1900s and was potentially used in a library. Will it step up to expectations in the Bidding Room?

Next up is Jane with a wheeled piece of fun. Her unicycle is from the late 1980s and sure to cause a stir, but which dealer will want to ride it home?

Fourth into the Bidding Room today is Emma and her son Reece. They've brought along a handmade model of a working mill. Built from scratch, unique and charming, can the pair persuade the dealers to bite?

Last in is Sarah with a small decorative pan from the 1970s. With Norwegian heritage and a bold colour pattern, Sarah discovers that this design is desirable, but which of the dealers will she target, to get the best price?

Today's dealers are Jon, Sam, Adi, JB, Jo, Ian, Lucy, Estelle and Lauren.
