An ill-tempered man in Tennessee Claims his neighbor's new landscaping is causing flooding in his back yard. In California, a neighbor is alarmed when two strangers come looking for a stolen e-bike in the apartment opposite. And in Los Angeles, a disgruntled homeowner tracks down the neighbors who, he believes, dumped garbage in his trash can.
